Pros

Great to new employees. Breakfast and lunch catered is a nice perk. Fun company outings.

Cons

Poor communication from upper management. Changes made with little or no concern or input from current staff. Direction low, expectations high, veiled threats and long hours. Nepotism high. Bonus plan very sketchy. Beware.

Advice to Management

Bridge the massive gap between member and non-members. Stop treating employees like replaceable machines. Try a little more team work and appreciation. That goes a long way.

    Cons

    1. Complicated company politics. Different desks compete for resources.

    2. Bonus formula is non-transparent, and determined by PnL of your desk and other desks.

    Advice to Management

Give a departure announcement when people leave the company.

Employers have the right to know why their colleagues leave. Employers are human beings, not machines.
