Financial Smoke & Mirrors: The leadership is obsessed with creative accounting rather than building real products. Expect frequent “restructuring” and late or withheld paychecks while they juggle numbers to pad their own pockets. Subpar Product, Overpromised to Clients: Sales is pressured to make promises the product can’t fulfill. You’ll spend more time managing angry customers than doing actual work. Predatory Co-Founder Behavior: One co-founder openly assumes friendly female employees are personally interested in him. Reject him? He’ll retaliate—often firing women who speak up, forcing them to sign NDAs to keep quiet. Toxic & Illegal Practices: Late or missing salaries for managers and staff. Illegal terminations are common, with no severance or compensation. NDAs used to cover up harassment and wrongdoing. Zero Career Growth: The environment is so poisonous that no one can build a lasting career here. Management scraps talent when it suits them.

Work exposure and learning opportunities were decent during active employment. Teams were generally cooperative while I was part of the organization.

Cons

Full and final settlement can get significantly delayed. Despite written approval, confirmed payable amount, and multiple follow-ups over several months, exit payments may remain pending without clear ownership or communication.
