    I worked at Aloha Hospitality full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Basically none. They pay a bit over min wage.

    Cons

    TERRIBLE management, no organization, the training is awful, lots of, "drink the kool-aid," style brainwashing, long hours, no raises, benefits are unaffordable, terrible equipment, poor record keeping, shady management...
