I worked at Alorica as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

Great fellow co-workers, trainers, quality staff and team leads.
Seasonal Trainers are some of the best in the business. The trainers take the time to make sure you understand the material. They are very caring, knowledge and energetic.
Flexible shifts available from early morning mother hours to late night. Weekend shifts are available.

Cons

Salary could be higher, as pay is lower than other call centers in the area.
Call center with high performance metrics
Seasonal Contracts means that you are only hired as a temporary employee, so no medical benefits.
Seasonal accounts are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and it is rare that you can get two days off in a row.

Advice to Management

Keep hiring within for advancement
