Pros

Tried to use positive rewards and incentives.

Cons

They were not consistent with there reards.

Listen to all levels of management.

    I worked at Alorica full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    During my tenure at Alorica, I was able to help customers and meet goals. There was a consistent opportunity to earn bonus pay, and overtime was in abundance at times.

    Cons

    Mandatory overtime during understaffed periods of high call volume. Disciplinary action if unable to meet mandatory overtime requirements even though the company gave insufficient notice for those of us with families and limited options for rearranging our home life to suit business needs.

    Advice to Management

    Work harder to pay your employees fairly for the work they do. You are paying your team managers LESS THAN HALF the mean salary for similar positions in call centers in Oklahoma... the mean being $50k yearly. It's disgusting that your managers have to get second jobs to make ends meet.

    I worked at Alorica full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    There are a lot of opportunities to develop customer service, sales, and performance management skills. Also, the company employees a great cross-section of people.

    Cons

    The job tend to turn into long work hours with very little pay. Sometimes Senior Management seems clueless to what is really needed. Overall better pay would make this a much better place to work.

    Advice to Management

    Embrace change.
