    Pros

    Multiple locations and several have amazing Team Leaders long term employees they will literally hire anyone so no prior experience needed Coaching points are given as a way to assist CSR in the future

    Cons

    Fail to review passed or failed calls with CSR regularly which is a missed opportunity to improve. Very few pay raises Training needs improvement .Trainers read from Power Point slides or manuals which does not help someone who is not familiar with the jargon. Seasoned employees are given minimum training on a temporary skill and expected to perform the job with no pay raise and very little coaching assistance. The process is frustratIng and overwhelming when on a call with an irate customer. The icing on the cake is when your boss reprimands you for taking so long on the call or for utilizing after all. Certain positions offer no opportunity for advancement. Health benefits suck. No paid holidays Vacation hours are earned based on hours worked and time at the company.
