    Not worth the stress

    Pros

You get to work from home.

    Cons

Poor communication among the company. As long as your clocked in they are fine. But when you require assistance with anything personal like correcting your check you get the run around. I was paid only $150.00 from a $500 sign on bonus. Still no answers. You get thrown out to the wolves with very little help after nesting. They have a FOBO chat for help but only their favorite employees will they help in detail the rest of us they will send a RA article(long book) to read for yourself while your customer sits on the line while you figure it out. You get these constant evaluations with scores and they must be above 85 for all calls. The customers are extremely rude and verbally abusive but you still have to endure it instead of being able to end the call. It’s not worth the stress for $15.00/Hr. You will NOT receive two consecutive days off. They will be spread apart and more than likely you’ll be on the night shift. 1pm-10pm. Use this company as a stepping stone. It’s not suited for a long term.
