      If you work here, you care about your community. You have to! The owner cares.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay for behavior specialist's. Documentation processes are very outdated, if this process was streamlined and modernized, youd actually be able to support behavior needs without working overtime everyday. Mean girl mentality amongst managment outside of behavior side. Judgmental, immature, and cruel language- likely a huge part of large turnover rate.

      great clients, lots of community activities

      Cons

      their training system needs work. there is a huge lack of communication. upper management doesn't communicate well and doesn't respond to messages in a timely matter.
