Flexibility, culture, peers all make for a great work environment!
Cons
NOT WOMAN FRIENDLY. ZERO ROOM FOR GROWTH. Altium does not offer maternity leave, nor do they have FMLA because of the number of people in the office. They seem to have no plans to offer maternity leave which seems unheard of. They don't really care about taking care of their female employees and they feel like it's punishment when expecting a baby that they have to take unpaid time off. It's a huge gap. They also need to work on a more competitive compensation package. It's a fun place to work, but the turnover is so high because they get you in the door and you are stuck the rest of your time there.
> Wonderful team of people to work with.
> If you have the passion and are proactive, this company offers you opportunities to diversify your skillset - learn and grow professionally.
> Management here encourages you to speak your mind when it comes to ideas/thoughts. Hierarchy does not get in the way of that.
> Offers flexibility to work remotely.
> Being a global company, there is an opportunity to work with or learn from people from different backgrounds/cultures.
Cons
> Altium growth is fast and adapts to change quickly. So being proactive and flexible is needed to be able to manage work better and have a good work-life balance.

Flexible work environment, great work-life balance, and excellent benefits.
Cons
Could use more workplace social events and team bonding exercises, which can understandably be difficult with Covid and remote work.
