Great opportunity to work as a slave.
Cons
1. No Work-Life balance - Many times you will be asked to work on weekends too; mostly 2-3 times in a month. Also, asked to extend working hours sometimes. 2. Huge workload on individual - In spite of being in the team, they will give you much critical tasks which should come under a team but forced you to work independently though you don't even know any sort of product knowledge. 3. Management politics - Micro management happens here. Your breakout time is also calculated and shared in your daily scrum not to go for a tea break for more than certain period. 4. No pay hike/appraisal - You will find Municipal workers are getting much hike than you. Though you work hard and get Outstanding rating, you will be nowhere in appraisal criteria. They will tell you some reasons like no profit this year, targeted revenues yet to achieve, mgmt issues, etc. just to excuse you from hike cycle. 5. No job security - Forget your job if you claim any minor mistake also. Need to praise mgmt buddies if you want to stay here for long. They fire employees on immediate basis like no one else with no pre-notification. In last 23-24 year, nearly 17-18 employees they fired. 6. No WFH policy - Allowed if you are sick but you need to send WFH updates by EOD in detailed format along with timestamp of work duration. 7. Slave treatment - They treat their employees as their slaves and don't respect your opinions, thoughts or ideas. 8.Poor CTC - Offers low CTC structure with no benefits.
