    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Amazon Lab126 as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Great line of products
    - Great location

    Cons

    - Not a structured internship program
    - The management does not know about the internship projects and are not ready to devote their time on such projects
    - Interns are held to a higher standard than full time employee by submitting a white paper
    - Interns not provided with enough respect and time
    - Managers are very rude and aggressive. They held some polish and training on soft leadership skills taught in MBA program
-Managers are not interested in the development of the career of interns

    Advice to Management

    - Step it up and hire managers and leaders with great soft skills and high EQ.
    - Dont hire interns for positions that do not exist in first place
