- Managers main goal is to suck blood out of you. Most of them are micro managers.

Advice to Management

- Stop hiring managers from consulting companies who have never written a single line of code.

I worked at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good money straight out of high school. It is easy to get recognized if you are working hard.

    Cons

You better be ready to work hard. There is no sitting around or stopping on the warehouse floor for 10 hour shifts other than lunch and breaks.

    Advice to Management

    Better and more monetary incentives.
