I have been working at Amazon as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Great people, good pay, awesome location, one of the best internships around, a fun relaxed atmosphere

Cons

Long work days sometimes and a bit stressful working with some of the slower veterans of the company

Advice to Management

Firing people for being slow and not working well with others is a courtesy to other workers and benefits the company in the long run.
