I have been working at Amazon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Compensation, stocks, diverse learning environments.
I've been at Amazon for more than 4 years now and can honestly say I've dealt with every possible scenario a TPM could deal with. My teams have always had smart, motivated individuals who are also team players.

    Cons

    Unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance
In the name of being frugal, the company tends to cut corners (read not hire more folks). Also career advancement is a hit or miss depending on how much your manager can swing for you, not based on what you were actually able to accomplish.
