People were welcoming and supportive whenever I had questions and everyone is quick to stop what they're doing and offer to help.

Huge company, can be difficult to get to the bottom of things because there are so many people involved in everything. Decisions are made by large-group consensus and it can be slow going and difficult to identify ownership. Processes can be clunky because so many people are involved.
