    Pros

Good people. Fun environment. Great product.

    Cons

Long hours. Top heavy with too much management! They can be out of touch with the creative aspects involved in the role.

    Advice to Management

Hire "Ambius people" to manage "Ambius people," not pest control people!

I have been working at Ambius full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good pay. Easy work and real sense of accomplishment when you are done. Have a decent group of people to work with.

    Cons

Long hours during holidays and management thinks that there is nothing else in your life but this job. They tell you to take ownership of your route but then second guess you and change routes as they please. Can't retain any good employees. Politics are a big role in this job.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and stop playing games. Get back to quality work and not bonuses. Stop cutting corners so the bottom line is met. And stop implementing new regulations like I drive safely sign to go across seat belt and tape across the back doors for safety. And use that for supplies that are not getting ordered as often.
