    Pros

Flexible work environment IF you are lucky to get a boss who supports this benefit. Some of the coworkers are great. PAs in general are wonderful people to support.

    Cons

Senior leadership is narrow-minded, not supportive of growth, and can be condescending. HIGH turnover. Conflicts of interest of senior management is rarely addressed. If you do risk addressing, be ready for your last day.

    Advice to Management

Respect the work, effort, and ideas that your subordinates do and bring to you.
