    Pros

    If your family likes to tavel without you it can be really good. The credit union is great.

    Cons

    Customers treat you like crap. Everything is AA's fault. You will be talked to like a dog by a large percentage of customers. Pay sucks $10 per hour isnt worth all the crap you take from customers and some AA staff. They don't give you any time to enjoy the travel perks. The turnover is huge because management won't work with staffs needs. Need a day off for something important forget about they dont care.

    Advice to Management

    Start caring about staff and raise the pay.
