Very good work schedule and pay as well as benefits. Good working environment and your peers are very helpful with questions. It is a lot of fun and very rewarding to teach new crews the aircraft and they are usually very appreciative.
Cons
Sometimes you have to be at work by 5 AM but on the other hand you are usually off by noon or 1pm. Some of the training equipment can be difficult to work with but there is good support for that too.
