    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at American Automobile Association (AAA) full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nothing positive to say about the company at all. They work you to death and do everything they can to maintain your quota without giving the employee a chance to attain them.

    Cons

Management has blinders on, very unprofessional, quotas are the number one priority along with treating and paying their employees like trash.

    Advice to Management

Shape up, Become more professional and get back to the basics of treating employees fairly and in return they will be more productive. Also, PLEASE upgrade your computers and software and do not be so concerned about override comissions instead focus on the CUSTOMER....

I worked at American Automobile Association (AAA) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent job security, most people can do this job. Opportunities to move to other parts of the company.

    Cons

Blatant disregard for company policy. Supervisors have little control over staff. Training program is a joke. Certified-To-Train title means nothing to trainees as 50% of the people who train you are not CTT and teach you incorrectly. Invisible work structure/level of expectations. Drivers smoke in trucks. Extremely disorganized company.

    Advice to Management

You need to train your branch managers and supervisors better. No regard for company policy and multiplier violations are visible everyday.
