I have been working at American Automobile Association (AAA) full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Has health insurance and dental some bonus sometimes

Cons

No where to move up in the company. Low pay. lots of work bc they closed other call centers around the world and sent our center all the work, the other people that lost their job are tossed to the side like trash so the management can keep making tons of money, cuts on our health insurance for company higher ups to save money

Advice to Management

Pay your team a responsible pay and you will save money training so many new hires. Also add a bonus for the number of calls you take in a day, then no one will complain about getting too many calls. And people will work harder to get calls out of the que. 12 dollars an hour is fair. Some of us are smart enough to know that when we buy out a call center making all those people lose their job and you dump all the work on the workers that get paid nothing and now we stay busy as hell all day everyday with no added benifts and cutting our health care down while top level management like tony neuman rides around in Porsches and giggles its obsurd and shows who is watching out for who

I worked at American Automobile Association (AAA) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Talented coworkers, ok benefits, normal 9 to 6 schedule, offer bus passes for employees who don't drive to work.

    Cons

No direction, forced to sell specific products when others might meet member needs, forced to sell credit cards regardless of member needs, no answers from upper management, frequent changes in compensation plans and no answers to questions about it.

    Advice to Management

Train your employees. Guessing what we had to do every day and what policies might be changing. Have answers to questions. Don't go for immediate fixes and instead do some research and find out what will work best.
