    No opinion of CEO

I worked at American Conference Institute as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy work, decent wage, extremely flexible hours. You could work as little or as much as you want.

    Cons

Very few responsibilities and training, intern program got disbanded and so all of us were let go.

    Advice to Management

Shutting down the intern program was probably for the best, since the wages paid did not match the productivity.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at American Conference Institute full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Its conference context and working the events onsite. Coworkers were fun and helpful at times.

    Cons

Where do I start? This company had bad reviews prior to accepting my offer which made it difficult and couldn't help but to question why their employees were not happy. It wasn't hard to figure a week in. The company is unstable, managers have bad attitude and egos, this company does not care about you or your professional development. There is minimum chance to grow, it happens once in a blue moon if you play their game and snitch on people. If you are desperate for a job like I was, apply. But I will never recommend this job even on my worst enemy.

    Advice to Management

Be open ideas and pay attention to employee needs. Office culture needs serious improvements.
