-Antiquated information systems, slow to update
- Fragmented matrix management environment
- Weak training/development opportunities
- Heavy workloads
- Uncompetitive salaries/bonus/benefits scheme

Advice to Management

Actively drive talented staff to flourish. Listen more to middle management.

    Pros

    I have no good feedback for this company. It used to be a good company but not anymore. Jobs are being removed in Australia and taken overseas. No job security and managers are statistic focused. Very demoralising company to work for

    Cons

    So many negatives for this company. Surveys that was being filled up by customers about the company is used as basis of the performance of the employees. I bet you customers did not know that. It's a miserable company that don't pay the right wages. They wanted freebies from their employees

    Advice to Management

    Fire your managers especially in Sydney
