    Pros

    Great brand, with a great work life balance. Also have the opportunity to move to different business units and in most cases are encouraged to.

    Cons

    If you have a great leader, opportunities will trickle down all the time. However, if you have a poor leader it becomes difficult to gain traction in looking for next positions.

    Attracting new types of talent outside of the financial services industry. Many different products and services that meet new types of consumer/business target consumers (not just affluent). Investing in growth.

    Cons

    Layered and matrix organization. Top talent in global headquarters in specific business units/roles.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to invest in innovation and be comfortable going to market with product in earlier beta phases.
