I have been working at American Express full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Since I work from home, the best things are clothing & travel. Your clothing budget is low and you're not affected by traffic, adverse weather, or car problems. The benefits are also good and the pay is adequate. The vacation & sick time are great and the bonus payouts monthly are wonderful.

Cons

Communication is difficult as is bonding. Working from home also makes it difficult to learn by listening, and there tends to be less emphasis on training. There is something to be said for interactive learning. It can be draining at times because you can begin to feel a bit robotic.

    I don't have any at this time, but it's already a heck of a lot better from where I came from.
