    Pros

    Great place to learn and grow. The company encourages movement every 2 years. People work very hard and long hours and environment can be intense. But hard work is recognized and rewarded.

    Cons

    Compensation is low compared to other companies and virtually impossible to work virtually in the CCSG group at director and above levels.

    Allow for mor flexibility at senior levels or high performers.

    hire people who actually have some skills within your management team, and hire people who are respectful and supportive, with personalities. Hire professionals, not people who still act like they are in high school. Treat your customers right, with ethics and actual customer service.
