Pros

Decent Pay
Good Benefits
Amount of vacation time and time off is great
Jobs are easy to learn and complete

Cons

Overtime is mandatory, but employees aren't informed of overtime until the last minute and never know when it will end.
Management is more concerned about the job than the people.
Management will modify rules for employees with higher seniority.

Advice to Management

Treat everyone as equals. Be more flexible or rid the handbook of antiquated rules. Work ethic should mean more to the company than seniority dates.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The pay is good and there are some manages that are very good at what they do.
    The onsight resturant is amazing!

    Cons

Upper management is not understanding working families.
During their performance review process they have a policy that 10% of all employees are put on a performance improvement plan. It's pretty miserable working with that 10% who didn't get raises and don't understand why.
Hours are long and often the expectations are not realistic
Work in a silo, no communication or interaction between departments that should be working collaboratively.

    Advice to Management

You offer tunition reimbursement to those seeking an MBA, however you are not creating an enviroment that is flexible to allow people to leave by 5 once a week if they are in class.
