    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The people. That's it. The end

    Cons

Weissville sucks. Company does extensive searches for the most qualified people named Weiss. Long hours low pay unless your a Weiss then it big pay. Lost as a company . Watch what Hallmark does and we will be doing it in 6 months. Treat PTMs like crap. Work people off the clock all the time.

    Advice to Management

    Sell the company, and retire

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Hands down, the people. This is a very humbling environment, comprised of people who possess a myriad of talents and ideas. Also, I hardly ever work late.

    Cons

There's little room for advanacement here, and promotions seem random and often, unjust. Too much is expected of middle management, as far as hours and duties are concerned.

    Advice to Management

Nepotism can be found within every company, to some degree, but here, it's actually led to unfair terminations. Stop playing favorites.
