    the ability to get out and about to deal with the public and provide a great program

    Cons

    a bit hard to start off with as u really need to get a good referral system going and create yr own network

    Advice to Management

    none management are very supportive

    Compensation - commission, bonuses, weekly advances, trips and conventions...
    Leads provided (in most areas.)
    Upward mobility - excellent opportunity for someone looking to get leadership experience.
    Working for a company on the grow. Look at there growth history. (under TMK)

    Cons

    long hours - this is a career that you get out of it what you put into it.
    Drive time - sometime might have to drive 1-1hr 1/2 to area to sell. (but the pay makes up for this.)

    Advice to Management

    Always be clear when explaining what it is that we do. No need to hide it, we sell life insurance. Be proud of what we do. We help protect working families and their financial future. Ask anyone who has lost a family member that had life insurance and let them tell you how much of a blessing it was.
