    Pros

The people are very nice and they supported me, of course not include senior management. My department head is willing to argue benefit for us, but he does not have that power.

    Cons

The senior management were keeping their eyes on the short-term profit or business performance. In their view, employees are cost of busines which will cut down the profit, not treasure just like customers.

    Advice to Management

Change their mind on employees, respect us and create an comfortable working space, pay competitive salary. When company treat employees as family members, we will pay our full energy and intelligence on our job, on this company.
