    Pros

37.5 hour work week, 5/4 schedule in some depts., local, opportunity for advancement, education readily available with incentive, stable and generous sick time.

    Cons

The benefits are reasonably priced but lack in real coverage. This is something that should be reviewed and would have truly affected my decision to join the company.

    Advice to Management

Communication builds loyalty and trust. Sharing information about the direction of the deptartments, area or companies future helps employees feel trusted, included and respected.
