Pros

Very welcoming and positive environment; You can tell right away that APS takes employee satisfaction and wellbeing seriously; Everyone is extremely professional and good at their job (and still has a sense of humor!); The organization is open to change and growth internally

Cons

"Remote first" won't be for everyone because it can make it harder to build personal relationships; It's a smaller organization so there might not be as many opportunities for internal movement
