Approves of CEO

Pros

Predictability and stability are offered on the regulated side. The leadership at the military and homeowner services business units are excellent in the market based side of the company

Cons

Lots of rate increases, questionable practices and decisions by business unit leaders? The CEO is strong but he needs to replace many of the direct reports and their direct reports with a proven track record of double digit revenue growth.

Advice to Management

The CEO can clean house and hire leaders with more experience. There are too many internal promotions and too many regulated people working in the market based business. Entrepreneurs should be coming into the market based business and increasing revenue.
