Great Culture but Loses its Top Talkent

The Leadership is phenomenal! They execute their business plan while keeping team morale high. There training program is the best in the industry. The amount of reps and opportunities to talk with clients is second to none. Gives young advisors a rare chance to see the impact they can make in clients lives early on in career. The AAC has a lot of younger people to connect with and build relationships with outside of work.
Cons
Following the training program, industry peers offer more money. They lose their top talent and higher educated employees because industry leaders pay 20% - 50% more. You are not fully vested into the 401k match until 5 years.
