    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great people to work with, fantastic benefits, lots of learning opportunities, no shortage of things to do or products to learn.

    Cons

Management doesn't put enough trust in their employees to do the right thing, or make the best decision. Salary is no competitive with market rates. Few opportunities to advance.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time listening and considering the counsel of your employees. You hired them to because they're experts in the subject matter you are responsible for, it might make sense to listen to their input and put more stock in what they have to say.
