    Pros

    The people here are some of the best I've worked with throughout my career. The culture embraces innovation and have forged strong relationships with our external customers.

    Cons

    Even with the acquisition of WorldCourier, we are still primarily a US focused company. I look forward to expanding our services and customer base in the global market place.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to reward innovation and prudent risk taking.

    I worked at AmerisourceBergen full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great "offered" benefits, some good people working for them who are actually concerned about patients

    Cons

    Poorly managed by old-school pharmacists who are either unable or unwilling to grasp pharmacy in the new era. They will be out of business in the next 10 years with necessary changes.

    Advice to Management

    Pay people what they are worth. Focus on patients. Get rid of old "buddies" who work for you when they don't have the company's best interest in mind.
