Great benefits, formal training programs, opportunity for rewarding interactions with doctors and patients

Cons

Presence of incompetent managers. Once past the relatively short learning curve, job can be hum drum and unchallenging.

Advice to Management

Focus on the leadership development of promising individuals and be advocates and mentors for those who report to you.

    Good benefits and decent salary.

    Cons

    Leadership in business units is weak. Poor corporate communication. Lack of techniques and practices to motivate and retain workers. Leadership does not motivate; instead, a culture of "scolding" prevails.

    Advice to Management

    Find a clear strategy for retaining talent. Provide leadership training to management. Sharpen operational processes to stay competitive and to exceed customer expectations. Have clear strategy for remaining competitive; at this rate, the specialty pharmacy arm of the specialty group will not succeed.
