- Great people to work with, very smart and driven - A lot of growth, if you work hard there are opportunities within the company - Decent benefits, I would say competitive with the market of companies this size - Challenging work, and interesting to learn about the business - Very stable company to work for, they do not do many layoffs unless there is a restructure (which they just did a few years ago), otherwise I would consider this to be a very "recession" proof company - Flexible work schedule - it is demanding, however you can manage your schedule to what you need in personal life as it comes up so long as deadlines are met
Cons
- Pay is below market - Very stressful workload that seems to just increase, not increasing support staff with the business growth
