There really isn’t much positive.
The toxicity of management was inhuman. There was no upward mobility and no champions within the department. If you wanted to move to another area of the company, it was blocked or managers who feigned ignorance. Job training didn’t exist and often times you were thrown into situations that took hours even days to resolve but your managers expected you to pick it up within an hour. Seeking help or looking to a coworker was discouraged and used as a black mark against you during reviews. You were made to feel like you were losing your mind and began to question every email, every comment, every response you made .
