    Advice to Management

    amfAR has a great attitude toward work/life balance, but needs to do the following: Sort out systems. Empower staff. Reduce top-heavy staffing (reduce Sr. mgmt). Improve communication among depts.

    Great brand that can be leveraged to create valuable and unique partnerships with luxury brands.

    Cons

    HIV no longer top of mind, thus loosing relevancy as an issue area.

    Advice to Management

    Create a pipeline for talent, promote more often from within, create incentives aligned with fundraising performance. Treat your staff better then external consultants.
