    Pros

Laid back environment, competitive pay, wonderful geographical location

    Cons

Company has financial results dependent on just a few products protected by patents, which will eventually expire. New blockbuster drugs are not that easy to come up with anymore. As a result of the current patent protection, company struggles with a very relaxed approach to business.

    Advice to Management

Make it a professional company as if it had cut throat competition in the market place.

"overall, a very disappointing experience, lots of corporate politics, back stabbing, and gossip."

    Pros

the health care benefits, "work-life" balance, two paid weeks holiday on top of the normal holiday schedule.

    Cons

people being promoted to highest degree of ineptitude. Possible drug abuse discovered, interoffice politics, gossip, back stabbing, stressful environment.

    Advice to Management

listen to employees, empower employees to grow and develop their careers, not just say it, do it.
