Work Wise Good , Management wise not so much - Associate Software Developer Amity Software Systems Employee Review

We have made a note of this review with concern since the ex-employee has appreciated the work and the experience that the company provides. However, it seems unlikely that an associate software developer who has been a performer should remain at the starting point itself for 3 years. Another indicator raising queries on the authenticity of this review is the fact that the lowest rating has been accorded on all criteria, despite the work and experience quality being appreciated. We would like to clarify that the company has an open-door policy as well as an anonymous incident reporting mechanism in place and this incident of being “yelled at” should have been posted and resolved immediately.
