Great benefits as many other oil and gas operators provide. Great location with those with families. 9/80 schedule and general work life balance very good.
Cons
Weak upper management in roles APC sees as "support" create an inability to push forward real operational efficiency changes. Not isolated to Anadarko but across most O&G operators. With the price of oil down though hopefully APC as well as other O&G companies can learn to value what scm can actually do for the industry as out of the box thinking and innovation for cost management and operational efficiency are critical in survival.
