    Cons

You can get locked into a position because you are good at it and never grow in other directions.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good tech. Nice atmosphere to learn. Interesting projects. Good work life balance

    Cons

Compensation is 30% below industry average. The company refuses to recoginize that compensation is an issue. You cant hide it anymore. This does not motivate engineers, nobody will take risks, nobody will go out of the way and no thinking out of the box is encouraged. Do you want people to do the bare minimum?

    Advice to Management

Get new people to manage and get a dynamic team, change the culture and go after market share. Improve compensation and get into new markets with both feet.
