Suffering from many of the same staffing gaps as the rest of the local area. Though there appears to be light at the end of the tunnel on this front.

-Competitive pay could be better -Colocations on PST vs EST -Family leave (birth) used to be better (8weeks paid vs 4weeks) -ESPP (10k only) used to be better for US employees -More "sick time off" seems misleading, just give PTO. Uncomfortable to use.
