    Pros

    Great hours, good company, makes a difference in the world.

    Cons

    Communications between departments is lacking which contributes to duplicate projects. Occasionally, a bad manager will crop up.

    Pros

    Good co-workers, good pay and benefits, product with positive influence. Weathers macro-economic downturns well.

    Cons

    C-level execs always from out-of-state, most leave soon, after collecting their millions. More concerned about being woke than they should be. Not very much equity sharing.
