Pros

Generally I do like the organisation. My team members are great, and I've always felt supported by my immediate team and department. Average benefits.

Cons

If you have a disability and need reasonable adjustments - don't apply. There is a lack of support from HR on reasonable adjustments, and despite certain policies stating you can request a reasonable adjustment to anyone at any time which does not need to be in writing, you won't be listened to. IT will block reasonable requests for software and expect you to explain your disability in full to them and will still deny the request. HR will require you to take occupational health assessments despite you already telling them what you need to be successful. Your occupational health assessment will be detailed in how your disability affects you at work and despite it being your personal, private data, it will not be shared with you and will instead be looked at by your line manager and HR. Upon feeding this back to HR teams they will not listen and improve, or even implement an adjustments policy. In the last few years, it's become increasingly apparent who the HR team serve, despite ironically renaming themselves the people team.
