    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Anderson Merchandisers part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Free movies
    HR is nice
Great hours at first and holidays
Lots of free time after work

    Cons

    Inept Management
    Impossible expectations, especially on Sundays
Favoritism of co-workers by Management and Best Buy(examples are hours).
Don't expect to report a co-worker that is liked by Management and Best Buy without getting a "He/She never does anything wrong" response.
    Lack of Communication
Open Door Policy does not exist
You will get blamed for things you didn't not do often by Management and Best Buy.
If you're wrongly accused of something, you do not get due process. false statements will be reported against you, and if you're not liked, Management will do nothing to help you.

    Advice to Management

I have expressed issue in the past and they were not taken into consideration.

I have been working at Anderson Merchandisers full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

None anymore use to have pros but pay cuts and increased work load have taken all the pros away

    Cons

HO over commits to clients, impossible work load can not be completed, Reps are told how to cheat on time and surveys so it appears client is getting what they have paid for. Impossible projects to complete, no training no tools unattainable goals

    Advice to Management

STOP taking on clients and projects that you know your reps can not complete! Car battery resets with a staff of mostly women over the age of 40??? TV installs with no training given and no tools to compete!!
