No cons this place is great

Incredible talent, intelligence, wealth of background. Broader team is ridiculously wealthy in experience and range. Could easily run a small nation. High side of market pay, top tier benefits, organizationally/operationally impressive.

Administrative team is purely secretarial - procuring food, calendaring, smiling, comms. Silence is expected, and EAs are not leveraged or encouraged to understand the broader work at all. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys contributing and collaborating, knowing your industry at a deep level or building, best to steer clear - no one will understand you here. Zero opportunity for advancement, and fear-based culture of maintaining “the best” encourages lying and misdirection rather than accountability and bravery. Change is unwelcome and discouraged, and mistakes are unacceptable.
