I worked at Andrews International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    No uniform deposit.
Cheap Health/Life insurance...once they finally offer it.

    Cons

The company does not care about anything security. The job may as well be called a uniformed Dog and Pony show. Officers are forced for two to SIX hours to Segway around the mall (it doesn't sound so bad until you stay on one for more than an hour). In the month I worked for them, I never once was paid on time. Company expects you to step out into the elements in insufficient cold weather gear, but when you get sick there's no such thing as a sick day. After accepting another job, regional manager simply said "well that's too bad". I've worked on the same property for 5 years and received many awards and went above and beyond my job expectations, and as soon as this new company took over, all I can get is a "that's too bad". AVOID AVOID AVOID.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. No sense in throwing a wrench into a well-oiled machine.
